Terms of Service

ClauzeScan is a reading-aid tool only, powered by artificial intelligence. It does not constitute, and shall under no circumstances replace, professional legal advice. The Client is and remains the sole decision-maker in respect of any legal act or decision; the Client may not rely on the analysis or results as legal counsel.

The Client expressly accepts the risks inherent in AI-based systems, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, and hallucinations. The service and all outputs are provided strictly "as is" (as-is). For any binding or critical decision, the Client must seek qualified legal advice.

SAS Asynq and ClauzeScan disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from errors in the AI analysis, from the Client's interpretation or use of the results, or from any decision made on that basis. Liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Without prejudice to the above, the aggregate financial liability of SAS Asynq shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the service in question (i.e. 2 €).

In accordance with Articles L. 221-28, 1° and 13°, of the French Consumer Code, the Client expressly waives the right of withdrawal once the digital service has been performed. The AI scan is executed immediately upon request; the service is therefore deemed fully performed at that time and no refund or withdrawal is applicable.

The Client is informed that ticking the acceptance box prior to payment constitutes proof of express waiver of the right of withdrawal within the meaning of Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

No warranty of any kind is given as to the accuracy, completeness, or legal correctness of the analysis or results. The service is provided without warranty of result, exhaustiveness, or legal validity.

In line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR compliance, documents and contract content are not retained after analysis. Files are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers once the analysis has been generated.

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Sale or the use of ClauzeScan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris (Paris Commercial Court), to the exclusion of any other court.
